WE HAVE GLP Medications! Starting at $100 for a one month supply. Available in office for same day start! Must be 18 years or older, in moderately good health, and have a qualifying BMI of 25 or higher. This initial visit is required when starting our weight loss program. At this visit we will complete your medical history intake, medication plan, healthy eating plan, initial weigh in, body measurements, photos, and all needed paperwork. * Cost of medication is not included in the cost of this visit. * GLP Pricing for 1 Month Supply (4 Syringes) Starting at: 0.25mg $100 0.5mg $150 1mg $200 2mg $350 Medication utilized will be Phentermine or GLP-1 medications. Other options available depending on provider discretion and patient needs.
